For sale is a nice Vintage 1960s Ludwig Super Classic 13/16/22 Set in Champagne Sparkle in great players shape. Three ply shells are in-round with decent original factory edges. Wrap is glossy and tight with some scuffs. A fair share of wear and oxidation on the hardware. The 13 tom is early 1960s with pre-serial keystone badge, painted white interior and four extra holes around the mount. The 16 is late 1960s with keystone badge serial 700737, clear maple interior and two patched gashes repaired by a previous owner with fiberglass compound – shell integrity is very good. The 22 is a 1969 with keystone badge serial 691146, date stamp of FEB 14 1969 (Valentines Day!), clear maple interior and the batter side hoop inlay is a modern replacement. If you want a killer jobbing vintage kit that you don’t mind it getting further character in the clubs, this one is for you!
